BASF forms alliances
to distribute K+E inks
BASF’s North American Printing Systems Group, based in Mount Olive, NJ, has formed alliance with two companies for distribution of its line of K+E Printing Inks. Heidelberg Canada Graphic Equipment Limited will distribute the inks in Canada, and Xpedx, a division of International Paper Company, will be the distributor in the US.
The K+E line of high performance inks are used in sheet-fed and web offset printing, publication gravure and packaging, and includes a new line of UV curable and hybrid inks.
